In Istanbul, I ate Constantinople...

While Turkey is featuring, sadly, in the news headlines... I cannot help but wish that this lovely, incredible country was safe so I can visit again. I know.. selfish.

But visiting Istanbul was an incredible treat for me - one that left me thirsty for discovering more about Turkey, the history, the people. The food.
